We really appreciated Allan’s gentle and insightful leadership journey of taking us through our strengths and BP10. As a husband and wife who run a business together, it was very helpful to look at these from a business perspective rather than as a couple. He highlighted strengths we had forgotten and neglected, opening up some very real opportunities for us individually within the business. The sessions on BP10 were exceptionally helpful.
