Allan is an engaging coach, and I was actually surprised at how much room for growth there was through the Gallup Strengths. I found new understanding around why planning and executing plans had such a pivotal place in my thinking. My influence on the teams I play for (and against) was also brought into the discussion, and again valuable insights and foresight surfaced. I would really recommend Allan as a coach, no matter what area of life you are involved, business, sport, politics, or family.
