Allan has been a great friend, mentor and coach of mine, as my wife and I started our journey of planting a church in Tokyo. He has helped me navigate some difficult pastoral care issues and develop my leadership skills, while making sure my relationships with my wife and daughter are healthy and strong. He is an amazing coach, who challenges me with hard questions from time to time, but always cares about me and whom I’m becoming.
