Our business engaged Allan to conduct Gallup Strengths training with our staff. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed Allan’s sessions both in groups and 1-1. His personable manner and great warmth build instant rapport and allowed our team to learn so much about their own talents and how to harness these in a team dynamic. Our team has since used the Gallup Strengths tool to great effect in building an even stronger workplace. We even provided a free 1-1 session with Allan to a departing staff member to help them as they began to look for new employment.
