For even. [sat. rulers]. and [against me spoke ill] but. your servant. meditated in. your ordinances

What I focus on each day is what my habits and choices move towards. I will become more and more like the values that I focus on daily.
Reflections
Focus is something that we all do. We focus on our family, our goals, our health, our possessions, or even our finances. There are circumstances and challenges that draw a temporary focus out of as, for instance a bad medical report may focus us on our eating habits. Short term focuses are an inevitable part of life as we respond to the challenges around us. But, long term focus is more impactful on who we are. Who I focus on being around, what I focus on using my time on, and whose values I allow to influence me. the Bible encourages me to focus on Jesus and every word that He says, and that will set me up for a healthy and full life. Part of the reason I put at 4am and write these thoughts, is because I want to respond to that very prompting.
