Maybe We Should Have a Conversation

Sometimes you don’t need another course, another book, or someone telling you what to do.

Sometimes you just need the right person to sit with you for a while.

Someone who will listen carefully.
Ask the questions you may not have thought to ask.
Help you make sense of what’s happening.
And perhaps help you see something that’s been there all along.

Over the years, I’ve sat with people in many different “rooms” — leadership, business, relationships, setbacks, sport, faith, wellbeing, major decisions and seasons of significant change.

I’ve learned that the answer is rarely a formula.

It often begins with wonder.

What’s really going on here?
What are you not seeing yet?
What has brought you to this point?
What might need to change?
And what could become possible from here?

That’s a big part of what coaching with me looks like.

I bring decades of leadership, business, pastoral and coaching experience to the conversation, along with tools including Strengths, Working Genius, Covey’s 7 Habits and Professional Supervision.

But the tools are never the starting point.

You are.

Your story.
Your circumstances.
Your questions.
Your hopes for what comes next.

And sometimes the most valuable thing we discover in one conversation is simply which room we need to sit in next.

If something in this resonates with where you are right now, you don’t need to know whether you “need coaching.”

Just get in touch.

Let’s have a conversation and see where it leads.
