Mental Health Training
As a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, I am passionate about equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to support mental wellbeing. With a focus on reducing stigma and fostering early intervention, I deliver evidence-based training that empowers people to recognize the signs of mental health challenges, provide initial support, and guide individuals toward professional help. My experience in leadership, pastoral care, and wellbeing strategy gives me a unique perspective on integrating mental health awareness into community and workplace settings. Dedicated to creating safe and compassionate spaces, I strive to build resilience and understanding wherever I serve.
I am accredited to train adults and teenagers and I am accredited to train, Standard, Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid.

			Mental Health Coaching
In today’s fast-paced world, prioritizing mental well-being isn’t just important—it’s essential. Mental health coaching offers a proactive and empowering way to navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal and professional goals.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, mental health coaching is future-focused, providing tools and strategies to help individuals thrive. It’s about creating actionable steps to reduce stress, improve relationships, and unlock your full potential.
Whether you’re managing workplace pressures, balancing personal and family needs, or seeking greater emotional clarity, mental health coaching offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for growth.
Investing in your mental health is an investment in yourself—and in the life you’re building. Ready to take that step? Let’s talk about how coaching can help you thrive.
