When team members across an organisation recognize and appreciate each other’s strengths and weaknesses, they can assign tasks more strategically, ensuring that each project component is handled by the person or people best suited for it. This not only enhances the efficiency of the team and organisation, but also fosters a culture of mutual respect and support. By leveraging the diverse talents of the team, organizations can achieve more innovative and high-quality outcomes.

Lastly, the implementation of “Working Genius” can lead to better leadership and management practices.
